Light in August

August in Pennsylvania is very cold. So I got to get some new pajamas that have feet! Here I am in my footy pajamas in the kitchen that Mumsy "redecorated" 
this summer.

I also got some rain boots, which I found completely fascinating, in that I had to walk with a straight leg. I became a champion of BOOTWALKING and practiced it all through the rainy afternoon, with Mumsy and Ahno shrieking "BOOTWALKING" delightedly at me.

Mumsy left my pool out even though it was too cold to go in. I still liked doodling around with the bucket and the many rocks I collected from the driveway.

In this picture is a cute child named Eden and a pensive lump named Benny. Can you pick out which is which? Also featured are some Ahno feet and some dog feet and my totally wonderful construction truck.

Mumsy made me a new quilt because I love flannel so much. I immediately took to it passionately, and 
engaged it in a bit of floor-rolling.

My new blanket is good for playing PEEKABOO.
