Adventures Upstairs!
Before my nap I like to run
around upstairs like a wild banana
looking for fun and mischief.
First stop is in Mumsy and Dadsy's
bedroom,
where I like to set both alarms on the clock.
Keeps the poor dears on schedule, don't you know.
While I'm here, I turn on the speaker
phone to
see if Mumsy has forgotten to check messages
again. I know how to dial O for operator, and
I also know how to push redial. And they
thought the expensive years were yet to come...
I like to climb into Mumsy and Dadsy's
shower
stall and play with the shampoo bottles.
Why does Mumsy need so many different
shampoos? She only has one head!
How do you get the water to come down?
After Mumsy and Dadsy's room, I like to
shut myself in the guest bedroom a few times.
Doors must be opened and closed regularly
or they start feeling unfulfilled.
Here I am in my room, binky in mouth,
ready for naptimes. I picked out this book
for us to read, and since Mumsy was doodling
with the camera, I started in on it myself.
X is very useful if your name is
Nixie Knox. It also comes in handy
spelling ax and extra fox.
Finally in my crib, I'm ready for
naptimes!
Diving onto my head helps me fall asleep.
