Bailey Andrew Winter Bailey Andrew Winter is a cyborg police officer. He was born and lived in Chicago. Bailey is 33 years old. He stands 5'9" tall and weighs 160 lbs. He has dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He is muscular and he is fast and agile. He was a police officer who was murdered in the line of duty. Bailey's body was kept for the most part, but he has had a chip installed in his head, his bones have metal alloy inserts to strengthen them. His arms have been modified with a cyborg arm, as well as his legs. His armor consists of a helmet that has a communicator and computer; a kevlar chest-neck-back protector; and his lower body has this kevlar lining most places. He is skilled in the use of guns and he is a bomb expert. He is also trained in hand to hand combat. |
