Homeschooling, horsing around, Suzuki violin, dancing, swimming, reprimanding our Boston Terrier, karate, liberating more fossil fuel in our minivan, and other exciting moments in the life of two spectacular children and their tired parents. For homeschool blogging go to Little Blue School. For book blogging go to The Harpoonist. For live pictures, stay here.

Roosting on one of the Confederate canoons in Battery Park cheek-by-jowl with the monument to the dead of the Confederate army...down on the palm-lined waterfront...where in the "War Of Northern Aggression" palm trees saved the south by hurling Yankee cannon balls right back out to sea at the ships from which they had been launched! cough. This explains why the palmetto is the state tree of S.C. and also why palm trees show up everywhere you look...popular.
what a nice looking crew you've got there. but where is the littlist pixie? perhaps she is lounging under one of those palmettos or palms?
moving day here. not nearly so exciting as cannons.
Love the pictures, but where are YOU?! Not one little picture of you, except in that mirror where you are all dark and hidden.
Also loved the sand castles. Keep it up!
