Well. I never ever. This is the last and final straw. The place at the end of the road when you have arrived. This makes it official. Children, a van, planting stuff in the yard, sundry mortgages and insurances; those things were steps along the way, but now he's completed the journey and Dan is A REGULAR GUY.
