I SO think you should find a website for that company and send them a copy of that photo.
actovernight.com doesn't have a contact e-mail address, but there's a place for customers to submit webclaims. I sent the picture to whoever sees those posts. The company site says, "Expect only the very best from us."

I did a web search while looking for a job and found your blog. Let them know about this jerk.
He should lose his job on the principle of not realizing that he had the company name and logo right under his window.
