The thing on the right is a dog. It took me turning it on its side to see it, but I do see kind of a poodle. Or, I could be wrong, and she could have intended something else. Either way, she was painting with very purposeful strokes and also did some fish on the chalkboard that were reasonably similar to actual fish.

The thing on the left is a couple of handprints. She realized today she could paint her hand in different colors and make kind of a rainbow effect. I love to watch her mixing colors -- she really enjoys the way they go together. Today she was so delighted with a purple color she made that she put her hand over her mouth with joy. Silly girl!
