After a few hours of walking and minimal cervical dilation, we opted for the artificial rupture of membranes, which promptly took our cervix from 4 - 5 cm. to 8+. Within 1 hour (12:20 AM), Sadie Grace Netzer was born, weighing in at 8 lbs. 14 oz. and 20 1/2" long. Both Mom and Sadie are doing great and should be home early Wednesday afternoon. #
